   I truly love each and every game on this list.  I have found it 
impossible to rank them all one by one, so instead I have come up with the 
tier system seen below (in which the best of the best are in the first 
tier).

FIRST TIER (in random order)

SECOND TIER (in random order)

Resident Evil for PlayStation
NBA Live '96, '97, and '98 for PlayStation

Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2 for Super Nintendo

THIRD TIER (in random order)
Quake 2 for PC
Command & Conquer: Red Alert for PC
